The M4, M5 and M6 motorways have made travel to Cornwall & Devon simple and straightforward. The estimated direct journey time from London to Exeter is approximately 3hrs and 30 mins (subject to traffic). The M3 from London offers the chance to take a more leisurely drive to the West Country once it joins the A303. The dual carriageway gives the opportunity to pass by Stonehenge, and to continue on through small villages and market towns to destinations throughout the South West.
When in Cornwall, the two major holiday routes, the A30 and A38 continue to improve, with fast dual carriageways as far as Bodmin, and most of the way to Penzance. The easiest way into Cornwall is to join the M5 which you then follow to Exeter, after which you take either the A30 or A38 into Cornwall, depending on your final destination.

You can currently fly to Newquay from Bristol, Dublin, Edinburgh, Isle of Man, Leeds/Bradford, Cardiff, London Gatwick, London Stanstead, Manchester & Plymouth.
